At the invitations of Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship Carlos Federico Ruckauf of Argentina and Foreign Minister Carolina Barco Isackson of Colombia, Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will pay an official visit to the above-mentioned two countries from October 17 to 22. In Colombia he will launch the mechanism of political consultation and cooperation between China and the Andean Community (including Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela), and hold the first consultation with the foreign ministers from the five countries.
