At the invitation of Premier Zhu Rongji of the State Council, Prime Minister Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa of the State of Bahrain will pay an official visit to China from 16 May. During the visit, Prime Minister Khalifa will explore ways to further develop the friendly relations and cooperation between China and Bahrain with Premier Zhu Rongji and other Chinese leaders. They will also exchange views with each other on international and regional issues of common interest.
