A: Lai Changxing who fled to Canada years ago is the primary criminal suspect wanted by Chinese judicial authorities for the huge Xiamen smuggling case. The Chinese Government's position is clear that Lai Changxing should be returned to stand trial in accordance with law. We welcome the decision by the Canadian court.
